Since 1958, the Flathead Lakers have worked towards clean waters, healthy ecosystems and lasting quality of life in the Flathead Watershed. Our community has grown strong, as has our voice when advocating for Flathead Lake and its watershed. Together, we will continue to fight the spread of invasive mussels and every threat to Flathead Lake over the next 60 years.

FLBS is a field station and department of the University of Montana. Designated a Center of Excellence by the Montana Board of Regents, FLBS has been conducting ecological research and education courses for over 100 years. FLBS is one of the oldest field stations in the western United States

The REC Alliance is a grassroots organization comprised of nature lovers and water enthusiasts compelled to promote tourism, education and conduct maintenance projects within the state parks in and around Flathead Lake and to create the ultimate user experience for vacationers and locals alike.
